How important to balance ida and pingla nadi for physical and mental health

Ida Nadi and Pingala Nadi are two of the three main nadis (energy channels) in the human body.
Ida nadi- It is associated with the left side of the body, and is often referred to as the "moon channel" or "chandra nadi". It is said to govern the parasympathetic nervous system and control mental processes such as intuition and creativity. The energy flow in Ida Nadi is said to be cool, soothing, and feminine.
Pingala Nadi     On the other hand, It  is associated with the right side of the body, and is often referred to as the "sun channel" or "surya nadi". It is said to govern the sympathetic nervous system and control physical processes such as digestion and metabolism. The energy flow in Pingala Nadi is said to be hot, stimulating, and masculine.
Sushumna Nadi- (The third main nadi)It is said to run along the center of the spinal column and is associated with the activation of kundalini energy, which is considered to be the ultimate goal of yoga practice.

Ida Nadi is traditionally represented as a white or pale blue channel that starts at the base of the spine (muladhara chakra) and spirals upwards towards the left nostril.
Pingala Nadi is represented as a red or orange channel that starts at the base of the spine and spirals upwards towards the right nostril. These two channels are said to crisscross each other at various points along the spine, with Sushumna Nadi (the central channel) running straight up the spine.
It is necessary to balance these two nadi for mental and physical health.
